Zeno promotes Deady to Chief Culture Officer

Grant Deady has been part of Zeno Group since its inception, and helped shape the culture that really makes people love coming to work each day.  

Barby Siegel explains, “Grant has been the chief architect and proponent of our culture over the years. He is uniquely qualified, given his tenure with the firm and the success of Zeno Chicago, the office he will continue to lead." 

To help Grant continue to build the culture throughout the Zeno network, a new "Zeno Culture Crew" comprised of team members from every office will be feet-on-the-street sharing news and culture best practices, and helping to champion specific initiatives.
