The Real Stars Came Out Today at Super Bowl

Indianapolis is buzzing with celebrities and everyone is angling to get into the hot Super Bowl parties and places.

There's the MAXIM party, the Playboy party and the Bud Light Hotel.

But the best event of all went down today at lunch time, and I was lucky enough to get in.

It happened at this incredible venue called Riley's Hospital for Children. Our longtime client Pizza Hut reached out to the folks at Riley's and let them know we were coming to town for the Big Game and wondered if they might be interested in throwing a pregame bash for their VIPs.

They took us up on the offer.

The atrium was turned Super Bowl Village "Riley's-style" -- there was a craft making station, cookie decorating bar, a zip line that carried teddy bears from the second floor to our excited guests below and, of course, enough Pizza Hut pizzas to feed the whole crowd. No one got turned away at the door (although for a while there was a line to get in).

The music was pumping, but not too loud.

Balloons were everywhere.

There were tons of "handlers", but here they call them "volunteers."

And for a couple of hours, Riley's VIPs--mostly sick kids and their families--got to feel some of the Super Bowl action that is taking place just a few miles away from their beds.

I've seen a lot of celebrities and famous athletes this week, but none of that compares to the people I met and what I saw this afternoon at Riley's. The party ended by 3:30pm and eveyone was cool with it.

Pizza Hut and Riley's were on the same team today and everybody won.

I felt really lucky to be on "the list" for this Super Bowl party.
