Tapping the future of pub-lic relations

It goes without saying that creativity is an important asset in PR.

So it’s such a shame that many PR agency offices are so similar. At Zeno, we’re big believers that the working environment should be a manifestation of your agency’s personality.

And we pride ourselves on being different, so wanted to be really different in designing a creative area at our new London office - let’s face it, we spend five days a week there normally! Our creative area didn’t just need to be creative, we wanted to be fearless about it.

In the UK at least, it’s said the best ideas come down the pub. So we decided to rebuild an old London pub in the middle of the office – in Zeno style, true to our brand identify, we’ve called it The Green Man.

We are believers in the pursuit of the unexpected. And who expects to walk around an office corner and come face-to-face with a pub?! It’s also practical – an informal meeting place, breakfast bar, canteen area, kitchen and, er, pub in one.

Zeno is already established in 14 countries around the world and while we have one strong culture, offices and teams in each city reflect their local markets and client needs. Here in London’s Soho we are UK specialists in consumer, health and technology, but we work on international and global assignments with colleagues around the world. We’re a disruptive choice for clients wanting something really different from an agency in the UK.

In many cases, the ideas we develop that turn into PR activity locally, across borders or on several continents really have been thought of down the pub.

It’s just one more way that we’re tapping into the changing potential of pub-lic relations.
