Zeno Group Hosts 24-hr Consult-a-thon During SXSWi

Ah, SXSWi. It's a time for learning and education. It's a time for networking and socializing. It's a time for partying and sleepless nights. At Zeno Group, we like to try to jam-pack all of that nonsense into one 24-hour period. It's just how we roll.

For 24 Hours during SXSWi, Zeno will conduct one-on-one, accelerated, consultation services for start-ups and emerging technology companies. Our senior public relations and digital engagement experts will help entrepreneurs shape their story, determine the right influencers and stakeholder and spark ideas for launching into the maketplace.

Hosted at Four Seasons Hotel (one of our clients, by the way) from 6 p.m. Sunday, March 11 to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 12th. Each 45-minute session will be customized to fit the particular needs of each business. For more information, check out our Eventbrite.

Todd Irwin, Managing Director, Technology Strategy

Todd Irwin is Managing Director of Technology Strategy for Zeno Group and is based in Silicon Valley. Todd has been working with technology start-up companies for more than 20 years and has guided dozens of companies from startup through public offering or acquisition. He is a builder, having led or helped lead the Silicon Valley offices of four successful PR firms over the last 15 years. His biggest PR rush comes from launching companies and their initial products. Todd serves on the Board of Directors of The Churchill Club, a Silicon Valley-based thought leadership forum.

Tracey Thiele, EVP, Digital Engagement & Brand Strategy

With more than 14 years of corporate and agency experience, Tracey Thiele has created compelling and engaging campaigns for some of the world's most beloved brands and companies. At Zeno Group, Tracey leads a team of digital engagement professionals to help clients navigate the ever-changing digital landscape to build advocacy and drive preference. Clients include Yield Technologies, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Seattle's Best Coffee, Sears, Unilever’s Lipton and more. 

Luke DeRouen, Senior Account Supervisor, Media Strategist

As a Senior Account Supervisor and Media Strategist in Dallas, Luke DeRouen is responsible for driving smart, integrated programs that deliver big media results. With a focus on brand communications in the consumer space, Luke works regularly with top media influencers, including The Wall Street Journal, Mashable, FOX News, The New York Times and Huffington Post.

Nick Mendoza, VP & Creative Director, Digital Engagement

Nick Mendoza is a VP and Creative Director, Digital Engagement, in Los Angeles with a focus on start-ups and companies in digital media, consumer technology, mobile and entertainment. Nick develops and manages communications programs that creatively engage consumers through an evolving mix of emerging and established digital platforms and social networks. Nick contributes to PBS MediaShift as a film correspondent covering digital innovations.

Scott Murphy, VP, Digital Engagement 

Scott Murphy works on Zeno Group’s digital team in the New York office. Scott works with Seattle’s Best Coffee, the Women’s Sports Foundation, and Crypton Fabric – guiding their overall digital strategy, with a focus on building productive customer relationships through social media.

Scott has been actively involved in Social Media since 2004 beginning with his blog. He has more than 10 years of experience in marketing, event planning, social media and brand relationship building across a number of different categories including consumer products, electronics, retail and government.

Leyla Arsan, Digital Strategist

Leyla is a Digital Strategist at Zeno Group servicing clients in the travel and technology space. She works with cross-functional teams to develop content and engagement strategies to build long-term relationships between clients and their audiences. Prior to Zeno Group, Leyla worked on numerous integrated marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 companies, Professional Services and Start-ups.

In addition to client work, Leyla is an enthusiastic blogger and content creator with fervor for emerging platforms. Leyla was huge on Myspace.
